Various wood species are used in creating these one-of-a-kind boards. Each one is unique and different, hand crafted and treated for food safety. This board is large enough for a variety of meats, cheeses, nuts and fruits but light enough for easy storage. Clean up is easy with blue dish soap and hot water, occasionally coating with a layer of food grade butcher block oil to preserve the wood’s moisture.
